- Management is too busy to be aware that you're slacking
- Management is also too busy to manage you so you're managing your own projects
- Chronically understaffed for the growing amount of products they take on
- Very little diversity: One black person, one Latinx person, one Caribbean person and one Middle Eastern person is the gamut of POC who work there, out of 25 employees. Upper management contains one of these people.
- I was verbally abused by a coworker in my department for a year before management put the person on probation for verbally abusing a different employee (who is a minor).
