      Lack of Empathy from Senior Members

      None because I was set up for failure from day 1.

      Cons

      lack of growth and empathy for Junior Developers, especially those hired outside of the tech stack. Was hired as an experiment and condemned for "not asking enough questions". When I did ask questions I was given complete attitude like I was annoying the senior member.

      The team at Traction is very friendly.

      Cons

      The executive management is terrible. This place is similar to a body-shop where the employees are subject to heavy exploitation. They are behind on technology, and after each project you're left with a bitter taste in your mouth. This company loses most of it's clients due to poor leadership from the president and rude client relations from the president as well. Also management is quick to be very disrespectful and aggressive as soon as any confrontation or issue may occur in the office. Also No room for growth.

      Sorry for the late reply - unfortunate for us all you see things that way. I did review your comments with the team. While I do take feedback from employees and clients very seriously, all here essentially disagree with your comments and assessment. So we will simply wish you best of luck with your transition, and agree that it was probably best for us all that you moved on.
