Small Company Close relationship to Management
Cons
Very uncertain Work schedule. Some months you work, another’s you may not do so. Salaries inconsistent and not according the market. They have a high lack of organisation and sometimes Bad hotels for crew members. Bad planning and lack of communication. In overall it’s a bad experience. You can do a lot for the airline but not be valued.
