      Really interesting projects and important clients to grow as a developer. Continuous learning

      Cons

      Poor management by the CEO, he doesn't value the work of others, treats them as objects rather than actual human beings. No benefits at all The company looks to hire people who don't have high salaries rather than actual good employers.
