work is easy and work time is short.

Cons

except advantage, all of others are disadvantages. The boss is moody, disrespectful to employees, and arbitrarily cuts salaries and lays off employees. Colleagues have no sense of responsibility, so it is difficult to move forward with work.

Learned a LOT from the internship! Also great mentorship from both my supervisor and boss. Co-workers are friendly and always willing to help. This is the best summer experience for me!

Cons

I personally believe that to succeed in the long term, individuals should invest more than enough effort. I'm passionate about my work and put in as much efforts as I can, and I truly believe it's completely worth it. At TT, hard work definitely pays off :)
