Really wonderful environment to work in. Innovative products and lots of room for growth. Employees are supported and provided opportunities to grow within the company. Great remote as well as hybrid environment across the firm.

- High growth opportunity: achievers are rewarded with more responsibility and appropriate compensation - Freedom and agency: workers are trusted to do their job and generally not micromanaged. In the same vein, anyone who steps forward with an idea -- no matter their role -- has a chance to shape the business. - Friendly and collaborative culture: TradeSmith hires great people and strives to keep them there. That means you'll be surrounded by talented people who are happy and eager to push the business forward.

Cons

- Can feel "startup-y": This is not a big corporate supertanker of a company... more like a speedboat. The red tape is slashed constantly and every day brings a new challenge. Pace is fast and you're expected to be adaptable. Not a con for me personally but I can see it being so for many people. - Communication can sometimes be obscure: Especially regarding new product launches, sometimes the key information doesn't get out or is in a state of flux until rather late in the game. Again, there's that element of adaptability. But more structure here would benefit.
