- Can feel "startup-y": This is not a big corporate supertanker of a company... more like a speedboat. The red tape is slashed constantly and every day brings a new challenge. Pace is fast and you're expected to be adaptable. Not a con for me personally but I can see it being so for many people.
- Communication can sometimes be obscure: Especially regarding new product launches, sometimes the key information doesn't get out or is in a state of flux until rather late in the game. Again, there's that element of adaptability. But more structure here would benefit.
