Pros

It is remote. Pay is decent.

Cons

Inept management. Toxic culture. No accountability for certain groups within the company. You’ll get yelled at a lot but they do nothing to fix the core issues causing the problems. You’ll work a ton even though they claim they want you to have a healthy work-life balance.

Pros

The team members as TradeSmith are dedicated to the company and to our customers. It is a casual atmosphere, but quickly becoming a world-class SaaS company in sunny Florida.

Cons

There are always challenges in the work place, but nothing that the team isn't willing to sit down and talk about.

Pros

Really wonderful environment to work in. Innovative products and lots of room for growth. Employees are supported and provided opportunities to grow within the company. Great remote as well as hybrid environment across the firm.

None. Really enjoy working here.
