After luring me away from a former job where I was getting paid and had health insurance, they fired me and cut off my health insurance the same day, in the middle of a pandemic. This did not give me time to secure health insurance coverage outside of COBRA, which is 4x more expensive. What kind of startup "leaders" do this to people? Answer: the kind that have never had to worry a day in their life about where their mortgage payment is coming from, whether they will be able to pay for healthcare, make their car payment, or how they will eat this week. If you're also a trust fund kid, then maybe this is the company for you. If not, expect that they will use you and throw you away without a second thought.
