TradeZero has an employee rating of 3.0 out of 5 stars, based on 20 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there.
Best job if you want to work with the most unprofessional people and get yelled and bullied everyday!!!
Cons
Unprofessional, micro management, every day a new priority, blue collar management attitude, Operations and Support yelling every day, Super high deductibles for medical benefits, don’t pay the agreed bonuses, and dated technology.
- A good example of an unprofessional department management
- Easy to get hired if you know the recruiting team in person
- Annually, a company trip to the US or the Bahamas
Cons
- Department managers have a full autocracy over employees; there is no control system over them. The board only care about the numbers, not about the management or building culture within the company.
- In this environment, with the power poisoning of department managers, use the 'churn & burn' strategy, and this does not bother the company management
- No training or onboarding plan
- No clear role & responsibilities (you can find yourself working on whatever comes to the manager's mind at the time)
- Success measured by smoke & mirrors, sycophancy
- Department manager creates internal & external rivals to motivate the team to work more intensely
- No clear organisational scheme and career growth paths
- Cronyism & Nepotism are the only culture
- No HR department or anyone specialised in employment law
- Extreme workload, no work-life balance
