Standard office hours, offers some benefits, allows flexibility sometimes, decent hourly pay for the area, clean, nice office, opportunity to travel (not a benefit to me, but could be to many)

Impossible workload, unprofessional leadership, confusing and unclear tasks, no direction. Management treats everyone differently depending on the day and their mood. Inconsistent.
Working with the public at the stores. Talking to customers
Cons
1 off day per week and no weekends off. Asking for time off is frowned upon. Total Sales job. Not what I was promised in first interview. Other employees hate their job.
