If it was the last company on Earth that offered work, I would still never go for it!
Pros
It was competitive I’d say. And yes maybe if earning some money is all you care about, it could be a place you could find some space there (getting uncomfortable while even saying this).
Cons
First of all, I don’t only work there, but before joining I spoke to a few ex-employees of the company to hear about the company from them. 75% of people said it was the worst place to be at. I ignored and thought they were mixed reviews, but now I see why they’d say that. - Toxic work culture. - No training procedures or modules have been set up. - The three heads of the company feel the need, and find it as their right to be nosey about every single conversation between any employee. - Unsafe for women, I must not explain to what sense. - There’s no sense of belonging or camaraderie between colleagues, unless you can be cunning and greedy enough. It’s a warning, you must not trust people at all for the first few months (I’d say a year). - There’s no proper HR either. - Anyone (girlfriends) of the powerful people in the company, feel the right an authority to treat anyone whichever way. - Btw management back bites a lot, inclusive of the youngest of employees (in terms of duration). - No corporate culture, just an authoritarian one. - They might lure you in with the idea of travel, but hahaha believe me it’s a lot more complicated and manipulative.
