Poor Management exploitations and abuse of staff!

nice staff members, except the ones in the CEO's pocket. Genuine friendships can be built. Good leadership in some aspects and poor leadership from the higher up's
Cons
The CEO treats the staff like they are beneath him. He has no respect for anyone. He rules with an iron fist but to where the staff are scared to even breathe or look in the wrong way in case he sees or hear something. Jokes and talking in the office is not allowed unless it is his jokes being told. He has no respect for anyone, is degrading and demeaning to all and God forbid you have a family. The expectation is to eat, sleep and breathe Traderoot. The lack of respect for staff, consideration or appreciation is very real in this place. If you are new, dont expect to me spoken to. If you are sick, you are a horrible person. And if you do something deemed unliked the CEO, your punishment is to be ignored, evil looks given and crude comments made. Working here will destroy your mental health, your family life and you will never find growth. Best would be to stay away! Company rules change all the time to suit the higher up management. Work hours are never standard, if you leave on time, it is deemed as you are not a hard worker. The office morale is always low. There is never happy moments in the office, big accomplishments congratulations are never extended to the staff. It would be a great company to work if there was better management skills and appreciation. This is why the staff turn over is so high and only a handful of people have stuck it out for long periods. Good luck to the staff, hope the new staff have a better luck than majority of the staff now.
