      Good selection of clothes for a cheaper price. Nice costumers and colleagues

      Cons

      Working understaffed Working long hours Not paid lunch Extra hours not paid (cash up) Working under pressure Not support from the "organisation" as they just care about making money, is their priority. Not room to grow Sometimes working 12h in a row just just 45m break between. Not freedom for taking holidays when it suits you, just when is convenient for them.

      Good charitable objective and mission

      Cons

      Toxic organisational culture and unpleasant place to work. Huge lack of communication across teams making collaboration difficult and actively not encouraged. I wouldn't work here again even if they paid me double.

      bullied by the CEO

      Pros

      Travelling all over London and helping solve problems.

      Cons

      Staff were expected to work out of hours and not get paid for them. After working very hard for years, myself and some of other senior management got bullied directly by the CEO for complaining that shop staff were over worked and therefore leaving continuously.
