Everything except pay. Great people, laid back, good resources, constant benefits and perks, good communication, opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills.
Cons
Low pay and the small structure means few opportunities to change positions.
Worked here for a few years and realized all my other reviews of everywhere else I'd worked were negative. Working here was fine - I really liked my co-workers and clients, my training was good, the job was low stress.
Cons
Low turnover and small staff size (fewer than 30 full time employees when I left) mean very little room for advancement. Small company means benefits and pay are not competitive with larger institutions.
