Pros
The company provides free snacks, which is a nice perk. Scheduling can be fairly flexible, allowing for better work-life balance. Additionally, job security tends to be high since management is generally reluctant to let people go.
Cons
Communication with management is often inconsistent and unclear. Workplace cliques are noticeable, even within HR and management, and ongoing conflicts between certain staff (including leadership assistants) sometimes spill into the broader environment. While some departments are less affected, production staff in particular are frequently caught in the middle of these issues, which makes it difficult to stay focused and avoid the drama. Additionally, the benefits package is not very competitive compared to industry standards
