Pros
The software seems to have potential. Mid to lower level people are competent and hard working. High end customers.
Cons
Running out of financing and losing staff rapidly. There is a core group of senior managers that have known eachother for years. Either you are in that group or you are on the outside. They don't really care about anyone else. Clients are starting to realise the company is a house of cards. Salesforce.com is developing its own competitive offering. When it does, trakcel will fall further and further behind.
