STAY AWAY
Pros
-1 Co-worker @ the SC location is amazing. I will keep in touch with him for years to come. - Small company so you see your contributions first hand. - There Used to be a lot but it has gone downhill in a hurry the past 2 years.
Cons
-Almost everything now. -CFO: is awful. She is also technically HR. She believes she is the smartest person in every room. In meetings she will try in put words in your mouth and paint you in a corner. When she was onboarded she refused to learn about certain aspects of her job. HR somehow works fully remote but somehow leads any promotion/salary meetings and has no metrics or merits to base decisions on. -Knowingly and willingly withheld wages from several employees and is under investigation with the DOL. - Owner is emotional, reactionary, unorganized, untrustworthy, and inconsistent. -They will work fire employees and have other employees absorb the role permanently (without pay increase). It is not uncommon to absorb multiple full time rolls. -If you mention this is unsustainable you will be villainized. -I use to enjoy working here but ever since the CFO change the owner has spiraled and completely lost his way as a person and a business owner.
