Pros

Very small business so get exposed to lots

Cons

Bad management, virtually no business development. Some real gems in the business but get squandered by inept management.

Pros

Apart from meeting some nice people over the last 6 months I cannot think of anything good about this company.

Cons

Long hours, bad conditions. The management have managed to split the team in two (divide and conquer?). Shift workers receive no shift allowance, no public holidays. Management make verbal promises to staff and then go back on their word.

Pros

The people in the Perth office are nice and friendly and it is a growing business.

Cons

The technology utilised and the systems in place are clunky and old. The firm is not very generous with salaries and there is no social scene.
