      Pros

      Remote work opportunity. People are helpful, but I can say this only on the project I was working on. Did not have a lot of discussions with other members from the company, as I was allocated to a project only.

      Cons

      They might not be able to get you a new project if the client cuts the budget from the current one. I knew this from the beginning, but didn't thought it will happen to me

      High pay, but toxic environment and micromanagement

      - they pay well - good for 1 year max if you dont mind hostile environment

      Cons

      - poor management, you need to do exactly as your manager wants, no room for discussion - heavy delivery oriented, no product work at all (you might be lucky and get some meaningful project tho) - emails at 2 am - micromanagement - rotation

      Good compensation, great processes for team management, performance reviews, and support with all client projects. Salary rate updated based on years inflation rate

      Cons

      No paid vacations and sick leaves (compensated with higher rates though)
