      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      They lie to you and tell you that you will get promoted after 6 months; You are not an account manager as they state. All you are is a sales associate that sells AT&T DirectTV subscriptions to people in a Sams Club! They treat you very poorly if you have a bad week and just cannot sell enough subscriptions. They yell at you and talk behind your back at their "sales" meetings. You are making sales to pad the pockets of the higher ups.

The pay structure here is based off of experience and/or credentials in customer service, marketing, or sales. We offer a weekly guarantee with uncapped commission and bonuses. The average paycheck after a 30 day evaluation of the normal cycle of development, our team members are earning $1000 or more. After a probationary period, there is always room for opportunity. We are sorry that you did not make it past your probationary period in order to receive a raise or discuss a promotion. We also are not looking for people who want to do solely sales, we look for someone who wants to be cross-trained into a managerial position, with the proper training.

      Newer Company that keeps expanding with Clients and locations

      Pros

      Transcending Solutions has great mentorship and is a great place for individuals looking to get their foot in the door somewhere. I am a recent college grad and have management experience and every company I interviewed with except Transcending Solutions wanted to keep me at entry level for way too long. There was only a 4-week training period here and then I was already leading and managing other people and clients. Since I’ve started I’ve seen the company acquire clients in different industries like, telecommunications, electronic, home improvement and home automation. I think I found my HOME 😊

      Constantly learning new things every week. You have to stay organized be prepared and ask lots of questions

      I've been working at Transcending Solutions for a little less than a year and I have nothing but good things to say. I have been able to grow both personally and professionally. This company truly cares about their people.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons. If you're looking for a challenge this is the company for you!
