Nothing is Pros. If you don't have any option, you can join temporary. but ready offer carefully. All +ve feedback given by management. So, don't go with positive feedback.

Cons

it is startup and not grow as expected due to bad policy. we were only around 40 employee (including management and owner) and rest was interning. Very bad management. Hiring and firing policy. they are hiring once get the project and they terminate the employee soon if you will come on bench. they are treating employees a machine. they don't have any emotion.

Very bad training process, infact no proper training given Sometimes they keep you free, no work no training even for 7 months straight and the. Directly work load given even if you never studied about that technology No proper management Nobody to guide and help No growth in skills or anything Everything is null and worst Will give you stress only
