      Great Prodcuts Great People Leadership Legitimately cares about it people and customers

      The Pay is above Average but still not top tier My manager has a very direct management style, which takes some getting used to. Not really any benefits

      Not a very aggressive culture. Colleagues and manag are generally friendly.

      Cons

      Company is global but a small one. Can't compare to multinational big firms in many aspects incl salary, welfare, career development, well defined company structure and policy.
