Pros

No pressure to perform: company is stagnant and tolerates anything! The hard workers are abused by the ones that play games on their cell phones and/or browse the web while sitting around all day chatting.

Cons

This company is going nowhere fast! Leadership has no industry background or knowledge, and lacks role-specific credentials. While competitors experience double digit growth in an expanding market, those running the business cannot provide clarity or direction, content with making excuses to the parent company - an international conglomerate that is told they simply don't understand the U.S. market. Meanwhile, employee turnover is huge, and the place is a lawsuit waiting to happen because there are those in leadership positions unable to control the disparaging comments that spew out whenever a problem surfaces.

Pros

If you like to brown nose, and your skills are sleeping and don't want to waste your brain cells thinking, this employer is for you.

Cons

Management is a joke. Old farts running the puppet show. It's a shell company transferring money to oversea so no working knowledge needed. No growth opportunities or can learn anything from anybody because all are morons.

Pros

Farm is absolutely beautiful. People and staff are nice! Salary is good (but doesn't have any other benefits, not even health insurance).

Cons

Leadership. Like a similar post said 'business plan'. They need one and a considering the fact they are almost solvent. They have an awful reputation in the industry so doing business with vendors, dealers, buyers is difficult as they have a bad taste in their mouth from previous management (I was spoken to quite rudely by a vendor because of a previous encounter with the owner). They have some very questionable business practices that seems to lead you to believe they will cut costs at any avenue.
