Pros
* Colleagues from various countries with various backgrounds to help improve your professional network
Cons
* I will not say nothing new what was not mentioned before already, but the management in the company is terrible. I started working when company had over 250 people, since then they are firing more and more people, a lot of people who used to work in a company for 10 plus years leaving also, because the change in the management and noone can really understand the strategy or where the company is heading towards. They hire new people in to top positions and then you see them getting fired after few months. *Not having quaterly meetings anymore where they used to provide financial data and state of the company does not help also. * Firing people who did their job great- table managers who were voted by the same management as doing best job are losing their jobs after few months, for unknown reasons. * Everything in company is kept secret from you, HR will not help you with anything because they do not know anything themselves. * Management do not trust their workers and do not provide work from home opportunities because are afraid of people stealing data (even for people who work there for many years) * You can not build future with this company because they do not have any clear strategy and once you are hired in one position they will just remove the department without giving any head up and your choice either to accept the position they have free or become unemployed. * No career growth opportunities - you might get more responsibilities but they will not talk about increasing your salary does not matter how long you work for them and what your results are. * People who work there long time will get fired and they will not even let them say proper goodbye to the colleagues since they are afraid they will steal the information. They just fire people without thinking or cummunicating of how to fill in the gap that is created thus creating even more problems.
