Cons
The CSR team at TU CIBIL is deeply disappointing not because of the work itself, but because of the toxic leadership culture perpetuated by the team lead, KS, and the reporting manager, NG. Their behavior has created a hostile environment that undermines employee well being, morale, and professional growth. The team is subjected to constant micromanagement, where even basic actions like taking a washroom break require reporting. Simple tasks are unnecessarily questioned, and rather than enabling productivity, time is wasted on control and criticism. More troubling is the demeaning and erratic behavior. Employees are often spoken to in a belittling tone, made to feel inadequate, and treated based on the whims and moods of these two individuals. This isn’t just limited to permanent employees, contract staff are treated as disposable labor, often expected to take on anything and everything with no respect for boundaries or workload. Yet the toxic culture affects everyone except KS and NG themselves, who seem to operate without accountability. People have been forced to work while sick, during hospitalizations, or on major life occasions and instead of empathy, they’re met with criticism and bullying. Over the past year, nine people have left the team, but despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken, indicating that the company is aware but unwilling to act. This is no longer just a leadership issue it’s a systemic problem that TU CIBIL must urgently address. Until then, I would not recommend this team to any professional seeking a respectful and healthy work environment
