      None worth mentioning... maybe the location in the beautiful countryside

      Cons

      Too many to list, all spawned by the CEO's inexperience, stinking attitude and overall clumsiness. A startup with no future as long as this guy is at the helm. In particular, the working environment for the developer team is at best miserable.
