Pros
Work colleagues were very supportive and engaging to work with. Mission of the organization was meaningful. I enjoyed the trainings on work place culture, communication, collaboration, etc.
Cons
Difficult to move up at the organization as the number of roles are limited and there’s a strong employee retention.

Pros
The people at this company are excellent. I enjoyed all of my coworkers. I found HR to be especially supportive, even though I was only a contract worker. The compensation was competitive and they allowed me to work remotely.
Cons
They are going through some changes right now, as are most companies post-pandemic. It made training somewhat challenging, but ultimately I was able to get the support I needed.
