Pros
One of the most compassionate work environments I've ever worked in across all levels and company divisions, especially from leadership. TravelBud truly cares about its team members and wants to see them grow professionally. At the same time, there's a high level of collaboration and fast-paced startup mentality which is an exciting an innovative place to be.
Cons
Honestly can't think of any unless you're looking for a slow-paced cushiony job with little room to be challenged and grow, then TravelBud isn't for you.
