From C-level managment to your manager, you 'll propably notice, an inherited lack of managing experience and proffesionalism, but a strong ego, maybe some skills. This has become a culture, a culture that neither the product or the employees can benefit from.

Disappointing Treatment: Unfortunately, my overall experience with TravelStaytion was overshadowed by a significant downside. Despite dedicating nearly a year to the company, I was unexpectedly laid off without notice. This abrupt termination not only came as a shock but also deprived me of any compensation, despite being just days away from completing a year in the office. This lack of consideration for employee well-being reflects poorly on the company's values and demonstrates a disregard for its workforce.
