      Pros

      Micromanagement isn’t a real pro but the best I can say. Young environment, top IT, dynamic, kitchen, top team events, they also bought themselves into a canteen

      Cons

      No benefits, in the middle of nowhere, airplanes crossing right ahead of the building, no structure at all, the top management is a joke, everybody is just threatened and feels fear

      Pros

      Really good people seemingly due to low payment so no internal competition. People actively told me about their low payment without me asking them. Chances to learn a lot from solid old methods due to the lack of new technology.

      Cons

      Company didn't invest in critical technical tools needed for the business, I even saw email communications from 6 years ago potential business partners refused to work together due to the same reason. Being taught to make up numbers and lie.
