      Fun startup that went rapidly down hill after a series of terrible leadership hires

      Pros

      Amazing customer service, engineering and sales teams.

      Cons

      Management range from utterly inert to outright bullies. This bullying cost us some of our best engineers. Engineers where aggressively interrogated for a week when it was discovered they where discussing their salaries with each other. There is a worrying number of staff who just "disappear". The company values are only applied in one direction, woe betide anyone being "Fearlessly Honest" to their superiors. The engineering experience at TravelNest went from having smart people building smart solutions to the companies problems to: engineers being told to build the latest knee-jerk solution of a "data optimistic" and constantly flapping leadership team.

      Nice people to work with, that's it

      Cons

      I used to love working here but now, now we lie to get staff on board, the morale is horrendous, the Hours are long. We've offshored lots of work to the Phillipines. We have tempt staff who are never made permanent. We hide reviews on trust pilot by burying them with guest reviews and will do the same here, rather than fix the problems we pretend they don't exist. It's not worth the money they pay for the sheer volume of work we do
