Flexibility, employee recognition, support , great leadership who are always easily accessible. Traveltek really empowers women to succeed within technology and takes pride in building relationships with its partners and nurturing the after-sales experience. Overall, a fantastic company to work for.

Cons

No cons but working remotely and across different time zones can sometimes be tricky but not a real issue

Traveltek really has focussed on the work/life balance of their employees over the recent years. The flexibility of working from home and/or opting to work in the office gives everybody the chance to have a working environment that suits them. The company recognises its employees through a reward based system with Perkbox, offering online courses with a membership to Udemy making it easy to upskill and learn something new.

Cons

Have been with the company 5 years and I don't have any cons to speak of, I really enjoy working for Traveltek.
