This is by far the worst company I have worked for and it was an absolute nightmare working here. Employees here are treated like servants. The owners don't respect the staff at all and will humiliate and insult in front of everyone that too for something very petty.(At times there is no issue at all but still they will make an issue and humiliate you without knowing the truth). Yell and scream at the top of their voice. Never ever trust their employees in work because the owners are under the impression that they know it all and their employees are the dumbest on earth. Their attitude and behavior towards staff is most inhuman. This company by far has the highest attrition rate. It's better to stay at home rather than getting tortured and pressurized everyday.

1. Orthodox work culture, seems like you're working according to standards in the 2000s. External parties don't work that way anymore. 2. Employees are made to work on fear and not motivation. 3. Zero Openness to fresh ideas. 4. Big expectations, very small support. 5. Not the best pay 6. No sense of Management, Just do it mindset. But they sure know how to shout at people. 7. Pressure for no reason.
