1) Growing FinTech company that is specializing in Digitization of Trade Finance. 2) Good synergy within the team. 3) Team bonding activities during work from home. 4) Overall a good environment to work. 5) Sufficient leaves as and when required.
Cons
1) Extensive working hours. 2) Shortage of staff.

A Flexible Work From Home model. A best-in-class Medical Package (covers the individual, their spouse, their children and their parents A generous Paid Time Off Package (Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave & Stat Leave)
Cons
Hard time dealing with different time zone if dealing with different teams held in different geographical locations. Also not always having the resources to do things because company is a start up / scale up and resources are limited
