      Pros

      Product tastes good and there is a lot of upside due to the company being so poorly managed over the last 15 years.

      Cons

      The owner is a sociopath. He runs around the office yelling, bullying, intimidating and blaming everyone. There is a 50% turn over. No one stays and those that do are just as bad as the owner.

      Owner is a complete jerk, rude, racist and extremely angry! Belittles everyone, constantly yelling and calling everyone names.
