Pros
They really make an impact with their projects and focus on quality. Everybody's really committed and the company is full of great talents. Good work-life balance, very flexible and young environment and possibility to work remotely.
Cons
Being a scale up means that there's a lot to do but very often is not well organized, and this is something that at some point you start feeling in your routine. Internal communication flow can be improved a lot, together with an international mindset.
