Pros

There are no pros at all. They do not even deserve 1 star but giving 0 star is not an option.

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of working at this company for far too long, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most toxic environments I've ever experienced. From the moment I started, it was clear that work-life balance was non-existent. Expectations were unreasonable: no matter how hard you worked, it was never enough and not appreciated at all, and personal time was something that was frowned upon. The colleagues and upper management were equally toxic. Instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the workplace was filled with constant negativity, backstabbing, and gossip. People were more concerned with protecting their own interests and happily throwing you under the bus to make themselves look good. Any sense of community was non-existent. The leadership is a major issue, especially the general manager. They have a closed-off mindset and treat employees as if they are beneath them. (For example. admin/management have nice meals at the on-site restaurant but staff only get sad outsourced bentos) Feedback is not welcomed, and concerns are ignored. If you’re not part of the old guard, you're treated as irrelevant and with the wrong mindset, and your opinions or contributions don’t matter and you will be classified as uncooperative. They openly show no care at all about the abnormally high turnover rate, take that as you will. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values their well-being or professional growth. The toxic culture and lack of respect for employees make it an unbearable place to work. If you value your mental health, professional growth, or basic respect, stay far away from this company. It was an exhausting and demoralizing experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Pros

• None at all •

Cons

• Ops staffs have to eat the same bentos at the basement everyday. • Unhygienic staff pantry and locker. • No HRS in place. No way to verify wage, record attendance or OT. • No staff benefits. • VERY dinosaur company. the whole company is not digital literate at all. It is as though they have never seen how other hotel works. Literally nothing is better than any other hotels. • Long time staffs are stubborn in adapting to changes. • Other department’s head don’t mind their own business, they mind everybody’s business. • Whole place looks dull and worn out. • No career progress as they don’t plan to change anything. • Racist management. If you are looking for a retirement place, this is it.
