DO NOT WORK HERE. Management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Their loyalties are to the company and profits. Overworked and underpaid is most of the production floor while management gets bonuses. On the surface the company looks great! very inclusive, eco-friendly. All the posters on the walls saying "we're a team" "be above the line" are all lies. HR is a joke, their loyalty is to the company as well and will not help. They say they want feedback but completely ignore opinions, suggestions and concerns of those who bring things up. They WILL NOT invest in the people that make them money. There are systemic issues at the core of the management team! They will always ALWAYS put profit over anything, even worker safety. This is an aerospace facility with government contracts, there are frequent violations of quality procedure to meet production needs. There really needs to be a ethics investigation into the company.

This place cants keep an HR person and the fill in HR is rarely there. She doesn’t actually help solve any issues. There’s a huge problem with one of the supervisors being inappropriate, and another supervisor trying to intimidate people. Honestly the pay is good but not good enough to get harassed by supervisors and get told by HR “they’re looking into it” but nothing ever gets done. Maybe trelleborg is better in different areas but I wouldn’t recommend it in Fort Wayne.
