      amazing projects with rushed environment

      at the company you have a chance to work on big projects and getting diffrent challanges and trying new things while working

      Cons

      the team structure wasn't working great while I was there reviewing the work and working with comments and there big skips and mistakes for the work rushed work environment that leads to get things unfinished with good details

      you could work 8 works aday like a normal person if youre a girl

      Cons

      The atmosphere and people (other vfx compositors). Producers and Management treat you like a slave, or as if they’re doing you a favor by giving you a job, instead of recognizing that you’re actually doing work for them. They also expect you to be available 24/7, as if you belong to them.
