Working at Trendhim was at times intense and rough, but also highly rewarding. Some years down the road I now look back at a steep learning curve where speed, agility and 'in-it-to-win' mindset was at the forefront. Not before, nor after have I worked in a similar environment. I am super grateful for the experience that might be shaped by the fact that upper management to a large degree does not have experience and been shaped by other work environments. This has its pros and cons. I think back at the years at Trendhim as formative and crucial for my own career development.
Cons
No pain, no gain. From my experience, this is not a place to stay for years, but a good learning ground for working agile and task-oriented.
