Awesome bosses, great employees, laid-back culture, no egos, some remote, free snacks, weekly paid company lunches (every Friday), monthly company outings (end of the month), no micro managing, flexible work schedule, willingness to help, great work/life balance, competitive pay, great benefits, very receptive to change and improvements, supportive of learning new technologies and bringing them to the teams.
Cons
You have to be a self starter, manage your own timelines and be an adult.

Cons
They don't follow the SDLC They don't have internal processes It's fly by the seat of your pants development They use out dated technologies Developers are the PM, BA's, Developers, Testers, there is no collaboration. Insufficient resources on some projects.
