-Irresponsible leadership (mass downsizing previous month, because of management's strategic incapabilities of planning ahead their financial expenses). The way it was done was simply gross, a big number of motivated, great professionals were sent away (from marketing, sales, learning). It was totally unexpected by everyone, CEO just out of the blue read up the names of fired people at a large meeting in a very very awkward way. This was everything but professional. -Terrible morale (because of the cut, nobody feels safe anymore, nor about the general direction of the company), which was previously unimaginable. There are big questionmarks regarding future and it's in the air that there's still more people are about to be sent away. -Workflow process is a disaster, we need to change so many things and nobody is truly taking the leadership or the responsibility to do so. The cuts emphasized this matter even further and now as people are afraid for their positions, no initiatives are raised because they don't want to confront anyone.
