I really feel like I am part of a team that cares about, respects and supports one another. The leadership team has a firm belief in continuous improvement and is always pushing to do better. This belief in improvement has lead to exponential and continual growth of the company. It is great to work somewhere where we feel like a family.

- Top down dictatorial leadership approach - High expectations with little to no support - More interested in pretending to be a big company than taking care of employees - High turn over from shop and office departments - As an American, I would stay far far away from this company - Will promise the world but deliver nothing
