Pros

I learned so much working in my department. My department's supervisor was a mentor to me and all my co-workers taught me so much about the industry and how to be a great employee. The compensation and benefits were fabulous. Working with co-op employees was inspiring.

Cons

The new level of senior management was seriously detrimental to our department. We lost several talented employees due to conflict with him and our department greatly suffered because of this person. I feel bad for my remaining co-workers and wish them the best of luck. No chance for promotion or long-term advancement due to not being on same page as senior management's disastrous ides.

Pros

It's the greatest place I've ever worked. Everything is really laid back. Everyone seems to be there for the same mission. They have great benefits! in 2018/2019 they added a ton of perks like a modified work week option (either 4 10's or 4 9's and a 4), Short Term Disability (however, it cuts benefits by 50% if it's for child birth... pretty discriminatory).

Cons

They do not pride themselves on being industry innovators. They prefer to stand on the sidelines and let the other players work out the kinks before they take any risks. It can be frustrating for some.
