      Poor management leads to high turnover and bad culture!!

      Gifts for special occasions, hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Too many to list out. The founders have absolutely no idea how to run a company. They let sales and marketing employees try to structure and run all departments - which turned into a mass exodus of employees over the last year / 2 years. The review that mentioned ‘bro club’ is 100% spot on. Run by 2 dudes who have no idea what even goes on in their company. Also- who takes away unlimited PTO after that’s been your policy for YEARS?! This company will not be around for the long haul.

      Pros

      -very personable. They make you feel welcome with tons of gifts and they text you on the first day! -training was detailed and they make sure you're well-equipped.

      none that I can think of.
