      Toxic culture and rapidly sinking

      Cons

      Incompetent CEO - clueless and cringey has engineered its downfall. Rapidly sinking with revenue way behind promises. Product is very basic. No way to deliver on contracts. Lots of senior management exits tell the true story.

      - Very nice colleagues and strong collaboration among people -everyone genuinely cares about each other, creating a welcoming and supportive community - Flexible working hours that promote a healthy work-life balance - Relaxed processes that occasionally allow for some extra benefits

      - Career progression appears to be heavily influenced by personal relationships with leadership or leveraging external job offers - There seems to be a significant lack of consistent HR knowledge and processes, leading to varying decisions on similar issues depending on who is involved and the timing - The rapid growth of the company has created an environment where recognition seems to be focused on leadership and those working exceptionally long hours - The benefits package is quite limited, with the primary perk being the annual meeting, which is held in Malmö, Sweden during the darkest and rainiest season
