Insane Turnover, Deceitful Leadership

Pros

The team members are genuinely nice to work with, expect most of them to be gone within a year.

Cons

Takes on more work than teams can handle, unclear and shifting expectations, long hours, poor pay, bad leadership. Positions themselves as industry experts to every client then expects you to deliver, hope you love Google. Insane turnover due to everything above. Churn and burn model built on the backs of overworked 20 somethings. Culture upheld by sycophantic middle managers who reinforce these issues, leadership pretends to listen to feedback but never changes anything.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience was not what we hope for our team members. Like many growing businesses, we have employees who move on to new opportunities, and we always wish them the very best. At the same time, we’re proud to have several long-standing team members who have grown with us over the years and continue to be a meaningful part of our journey — and us, theirs! As a small business, we know there are areas for improvement, and we’re constantly working to balance workload, clarify expectations, and support our teams. We do take feedback seriously, even if change can take time. Lastly, we want to be clear — all reviews reflect real experiences. We don’t post fake 5-star reviews. We’re grateful for your contributions and wish you all the best moving forward.

High Expectations with Minimal Support and Lack of Clear Direction

Pros

Production team members who are hands on keyboard are dedicated, hardworking, and great to collaborate with.

Cons

Executive Leadership lacks direction and general marketing knowledge, often acting as order takers rather than meeting client needs with a strategic approach. Unrealistic expectations are consistently pushed onto production teams without proper vetting and support. High attrition rates reflect the lack of cohesion between business development, project management, client services, and production. Despite years of effort, standard operating procedures remain inconsistent and largely ignored.

Thank you for your honest feedback and your time with us over the years. We appreciate your recognition of the production team’s dedication and talent — we agree they’re a talented, hardworking group and their work is a key driver of our success. We recognize the challenges mentioned and have been working to strengthen alignment across departments and create more consistent processes. As a small business, growth isn’t always linear, but we’re committed to learning and improving. We wish you continued success and thank you again for your contributions and candor.
