- The company's core values promote constant growth and learning, which was inspiring at first. However, while employees are still encouraged to take on extra tasks to show growth, there are fewer opportunities for promotion due to a lack of clients and resources. - -The values have shifted from what they once were. Recent layoffs followed by a new hiring wave indicate a lack of organization and clear direction. Some individuals in high positions seem unqualified for their roles, affecting the overall leadership quality. There have been instances of racist and homophobic remarks, including from those in senior positions, which is concerning. Some of the leaders can be difficult to work with. A number of people who hold leadership roles have only ever worked at this company, limiting their professional growth and perspective. The layoffs were absolutely appalling. They occurred just after a major company retreat, where leadership reassured everyone that things were going well and there was no reason to worry. Shortly after, they made the cuts, and now they are hiring again—this shows a lack of transparency and organization.

I was unlucky with my client. I was rejected because of some stupid reason. I made a great progress and everyone was happy with my work. Instead of finding a new client for me, they just fired me. It was hard to adapt to work there. 2 calendars, 2 ats, 2 emails. I hope I won't work for a recruitment agency anymore.
