Pros

The team structure is amazing for those who want autonomy. Almost all ideas are listened to and implemented if you're willing to step up and take action. We each have control over how our jobs get done and in solving problems with others. No other company I've worked for has given me the freedom and trust to work in this way.

Cons

The shift to teams is still in transition. Some people are unwilling to step up and take action and accountability. People need to either get on board or leave the company, because these individuals create a lot of unnecessary drama and distract us all from meeting our goals. I can name pretty much each of the individuals who have left negative reviews here - it's a small enough company that it's obvious who doesn't embrace the culture.

Pros

Trico has a great production department, and they are always pushing to grow within the company and for individuals to further their education. The overall culture is friendly! This is a family-owned company in their fourth generation and the owners are very open about the status of the company and constantly show their appreciation!

Cons

Insurance is not the best. HR takes forever to get back to you on everything
