Absolutely nothing good comes out of this company. The management does not know how to manage a business

Where do I start: - The head of ops is never there for insights - He will make excuses such as house hunting (for 6 months) to not come to a meeting - He then will report to higher management that the meeting was not fruitful - Always pretending to do work. - Acute lack of focus on what business they do. They will do anything for money. - Cutting the incentives of people who leave the company so that the head can see people come beg him - Politically charged environment. People are made to turn on each other. - The head comes in at what time he wants and leaves when he wants but cuts salary of people who take a half day due to illness or reach 10 minutes late to office. - No knowledge of digital marketing, they just click farm for all clients.
